Terms of Service

By creating an account or using They Will Know Me ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid accounts.

They Will Know Me is an AI-powered SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategy tool. It connects to your Google Analytics 4 and Search Console accounts via read-only OAuth to generate a prioritized action plan for improving your site’s visibility in traditional search and AI-generated answers.

The Service provides recommendations based on publicly available SEO best practices and AI analysis of your data. Results are advisory in nature — they do not guarantee specific ranking improvements or citation frequency in AI systems.

You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately at legal@theywillknow.me.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate reports for sites you do not own or have explicit permission to analyze
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or analysis logic
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

The free tier provides 1 report per month. The Pro plan is billed at 9.99 €/month via Stripe. All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you experience a billing error, contact us within 30 days at legal@theywillknow.me.

The Service, including its UI, code, AI models, and analysis methodology, is owned by They Will Know Me and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of it without written permission.

The reports generated for your site are yours to use. You retain full ownership of your underlying GA4 and Search Console data.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific results will be achieved from following the recommendations.

SEO and GEO are inherently uncertain disciplines. Rankings and AI citation frequency depend on many factors outside our control, including algorithm changes by Google, OpenAI, Google DeepMind, and Perplexity AI.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, They Will Know Me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 90 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
