Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules for using They Will Know Me. It applies to all users, free or paid. Using the Service means you agree to this AUP in addition to the Terms of Service.

You may use the Service to:

• Analyze and improve SEO and GEO visibility for websites you own or manage
• Generate strategy reports for client sites you have explicit authorization to analyze
• Export and share reports with your team or clients
• Evaluate the Service during a free trial period

You may not use the Service to:

• Analyze sites you do not own or have written authorization for
• Attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer the underlying AI models
• Build a competing product using data, models, or analysis derived from the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label access to the Service without a written partnership agreement
• Automate report generation at a rate exceeding normal human usage
• Attempt to bypass subscription limits or access controls through technical means
• Submit malicious, fraudulent, or misleading data via the integration points

When you grant read-only access to your Google Analytics 4 or Search Console data, you represent that you have the authority to grant this access. You must not connect accounts belonging to third parties without their explicit consent.

The data pulled from Google APIs is used solely to generate your personal reports. It is not aggregated across accounts or used to train AI models.

Each account is for a single user or organization. Sharing login credentials is not permitted. Team access features are on our roadmap — contact us if you need multi-user access.

Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement where required.

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to legal@theywillknow.me. We take all reports seriously and investigate within 48 hours.
